As director of our Landscape Maintenance Division, Jon Souers is responsible for maintaining client relationships and servicing the grounds maintenance requirements of several housing communities and subdivisions. He and his talented crews attend to mowing, flower-bed plantings and maintenance, pruning landscape plant materials, pest control, and looking out for client properties’ needs and potential “issues.”
He brings 10 years’ experience to his position. He earned a degree from Indiana University in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Jon also managed a large Community Development District, before joining Cornerstone, and focused on providing the highest standard of service while staying in line with budget constraints.
Jon is licensed with the Florida Department of Agriculture as an Aquatic Technical and holds a Commercial Applicator’s license.
