
CAUGHT IN THE ACT OF CARING! AWARD PROGRAM
The "Caught In The Act Of Caring!" card program is a great way to reward fellow team members whom you see providing exceptional customer service and or caring acts in the workplace and in the community.The program is designed to foster a caring and service-oriented culture within Cornerstone by encouraging team members to provide exceptional team member and customer service, which goes "above and beyond the call of duty."Cornerstone team members are encouraged to participate in this recognition program. You don't have to limit yourself to an act your have seen personally. If you see someone giving a client or team member great service, you can nominate them for the award. If you are lucky enough, or caring enough to receive a reward, be sure to display it where everyone can see it.Here's a reminder of how the program works:
